It was considered difficult to construct a wooden store using the framed wall method due to the absence of partitions in the conventional steel frame store section and the need for large openings in the store's longitudinal direction to facilitate vehicle access to the car maintenance area. However, by utilizing Mitsui Home's MOCX technology, including the Connect Truss and the tie-down system "Rodman," we were able to achieve the large openings and spacious interiors required for the store. Moving forward, we will continue to promote the wooden construction and wood utilization of buildings for various purposes, contributing to the realization of a decarbonized society and furthering the spread and development of wooden architecture.
