Adoption of a new valve body seal structure A backup rubber is attached to the valve body. The compression reaction force of the rubber presses the outer edge of the valve body against the body seal. Furthermore, to enhance airtightness, the center of the body seal is subtly raised inward. By fitting the valve body snugly, the sealing capability is completely ensured. High heat and pressure resistance to withstand harsh environments Even under conditions of 150°C and 1.0 MPa, the sealing capability and operability remain unchanged. With high heat resistance, pressure resistance, and durability, it can handle harsh environments. Triple seal structure to prevent liquid leakage The primary seal compresses the body seal onto the valve body. The secondary seal is provided by an O-ring. The tertiary seal is achieved through a tapered push on the valve rod. This triple seal structure completely shuts out leakage to the outside of the piping.
