The "Mecanum wheel" is covered by a barrel that is tilted at a 45° angle to the axle on the surface (circumference) of the wheel. Thanks to the transmission of the motor's driving force, in addition to moving in the same way as conventional wheels, the barrel on the circumference is free to move, allowing for movement in the 45° direction. By adjusting the rotation direction and speed control of the four motors, a combination of the wheel's rotation and the movement of the barrel on the circumference is created, enabling omnidirectional movement. 【Features】 ■ Creates a combination of the wheel's rotation and the movement of the barrel on the circumference ■ Achieves omnidirectional movement ■ Can handle school public funding (quotation, delivery note, and invoice included with product shipment) ■ Customization can be accommodated separately if needed *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "I2C_4SENSOR board (VL53L0X shield)" is a shield board that connects to the Arduino Uno (R3) and reads values from the VL53L0X laser distance sensor. Since it communicates via I2C, it saves I/O pins, and up to four VL53L0X laser distance sensors can be connected. We have connection records for the "VL53L0X Time-of-Flight distance sensor module" and "Pololu VL53L0X Time-of-Flight distance sensor module" sold by SWITCHSCIENCE. 【Features】 ■ Saves I/O pins due to I2C communication ■ Up to four VL53L0X laser distance sensors can be connected *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "RasPi_HAT" is an expansion HAT board that allows you to connect three HAT boards to a Raspberry Pi. You can attach a Raspberry Pi 3 or Raspberry Pi ZERO (WH) to the lower left part of the board, and other HAT boards can be attached elsewhere. There are free through-holes in the lower right part of the board, allowing you to solder and use it like a universal board. 【Features】 ■ All GPIO pins are connected to the array ■ Pins for UART and I2C for external connections are provided (JST EH connector) ■ Power can be supplied to the Raspberry Pi mounted in the lower left via USB, from a DC jack on the board, or from the EH connector *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe have introduced the high-end hybrid optical appearance inspection device 'YSi-V', which integrates 2D inspection, 3D inspection, and 4-directional angled image inspection into a single unit. You can select from five different methods for optimal inspection. By introducing this device, we have transitioned from visual inspection to machine inspection, enabling quality improvement for small chips such as 0402 and 0603, as well as inspection of multilayer PCBs. 【Features】 ■ High-speed, high-resolution 2D inspection ■ Height and inclined surface 3D inspection (optional) ■ 4-direction angle camera (optional) ■ Software that supports real-time, high-efficiency inspection *For more details, please refer to the external link or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationReliable technology supporting omnidirectional movement mechanisms We offer custom solutions tailored to customer specifications. 【Core Technology】 Tosa Electronics has integrated an engine that centrally controls the errors and behavioral discrepancies that occur during omnidirectional movement onto a single circuit board. This allows for stable movement within the robot without placing a burden on the upper-level control system issuing the commands. ■ What is omnidirectional movement? Mecanum wheels are covered by barrels that are tilted 45 degrees relative to the axle. In addition to the same movements as conventional wheels, the free-moving barrels on the circumference allow for movement in the 45-degree direction. By adjusting the rotation direction and speed control of the four motors, omnidirectional movement is achieved. ■ Case Studies - Adopted for transport carts in automotive and electronic component factories - Can be used as both a cart and a workbench since it can move while carrying work equipment *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
