We would like to introduce a development case using the "Aqua Mixer" from Matsue Civil Engineering Co., Ltd. Since 2018, our company and the Shimane Prefectural Fisheries Technology Center have been working on the development of high-density stock technology that prevents natural wakame from losing its color. As a result of three years of trial and error, we have succeeded in maintaining the freshness of wakame, which previously lost its color (freshness deterioration) quickly, for up to three days. We have realized the development of a "wakame freshness preservation system." We would like to introduce a case study of our "Aqua Mixer" implemented as a measure against hydrogen sulfide generated from metal cutting wastewater. Previously, we used aeration pipes, but clogging occurred during blower shutdowns, resulting in an anaerobic condition in the tank where hydrogen sulfide was generated. During the operation of this product, we were able to confirm the reduction effect of hydrogen sulfide in the gas phase, and no issues such as clogging occurred. As a result, the monthly usage cost of carbon dioxide cylinders was reduced by approximately 33% compared to off-the-shelf products, saving 120,000 yen. We would like to introduce the performance of the "Aqua Mixer" handled by Matsue Construction Co., Ltd., based on multiple test results. A performance comparison experiment was conducted between our product and an ejector. As a result, a difference of over 10 mg/L in dissolved oxygen (DO) was observed within 60 minutes from the start of the experiment. The underwater gas-liquid dissolution device WEP system is a technology that improves water quality degradation caused by underwater oxygen deficiency in large water bodies. It efficiently supplies oxygenated water to the bottom layers of dam lakes, suppressing the leaching of nutrients and metal ions from the sediment to preserve water quality. 【Features】 ■ Amazing DO (Dissolved Oxygen Level) By installing the underwater gas-liquid dissolution device underwater and utilizing water pressure, oxygen is efficiently dissolved in water! The device has minimal clogging, and even if it does become clogged, maintenance can be easily performed through a cleaning hole, making upkeep straightforward. 【Features】 ■ Capable of dissolving various types of gases! ⇒ It can dissolve gases such as air, oxygen, nitrogen, and ozone into liquids. ■ Low pressure! ⇒ It generates gas-dissolved water at an internal pressure of 0.05 MPa.
