No construction is required, and anyone can easily install it. According to the revised Water Pollution Prevention Act by the Ministry of the Environment, if handling any of the 28 specified chemicals, materials must be leak-proof or capable of visually confirming and recovering any leaks. While SUS pipes and steel pipes are often thought to be leak-proof, measures against leaks at the joints are necessary.
