This document introduces the basic knowledge about ion plating. Ion plating is a technology that vaporizes metals using heat or plasma energy in a vacuum, combines them with reactive gases to form ceramics, and then irradiates the workpiece with this material. It is a type of PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), and our company employs arc ion plating and UBM sputtering. [Contents] ■ What is ion plating ■ Features of ion plating ■ Principle of arc ion plating ■ Principle of sputtering *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe thin film manufacturing equipment developed from the user's perspective incorporates extensive experience as a job coater, is designed from the user's standpoint, and follows an "order system" that builds the equipment while discussing with the customer. We offer a variety of types, from small experimental and small-scale production machines to large-capacity processing machines. All of our equipment is custom-made. Since we have a variety of evaporation sources, we will proceed with the design of the equipment while asking what, how much, and in what way you would like to process. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Free membership registrationIn addition to conventional spray painting, powder coating, and pseudo cloisonné techniques, we handle various decorative processing using resin, including special partial coatings and polished coatings through our unique modification technology. This processed resin is born from blending techniques of various resins and is known in the decorative processing field as "polished cloisonné." It has attracted attention from the beginning for its unique physical properties that set it apart from existing products. It possesses extremely high adhesion, a high brightness that increases with polishing, and a combination of high hardness and remarkable flexibility, which may seem like contradictory qualities coexisting. Furthermore, utilizing the high dyeability characteristic of the resin itself, we can incorporate various patterns and designs into the processed products. Therefore, it can follow almost any bend, making it applicable for decoration of various items, including the entire temple part of glasses and coating on spring surfaces, which were previously considered impossible. In the future, the application of this technology will expand into infinite possibilities depending on our customers' ideas. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Free membership registrationIon plating treatment refers to the process of coating metal films or reactive films in a vacuum. It is sometimes referred to as IP, derived from the initials, or titanium coating, due to the use of titanium as the main raw material. Additionally, it may be expressed as dry plating, meaning plating without the use of water. The principle involves generating plasma by causing a discharge within a vacuum container, evaporating metal, ionizing the particles, and accelerating them to form a thin film on the items set inside the container. Because the treatment is performed in high vacuum, a dense and well-adhering thin film is obtained. The most popular film is titanium nitride, which is formed by the reaction of titanium and nitrogen and has a golden color. By varying the ratio of nitrogen gas, a wide range of colors from silver to brown can be produced. Colorful hues such as gray, blue, and pink have also been realized using metals other than titanium and gases other than nitrogen. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
