The bore size is 0.2 microns, ensuring complete filtration of particles and microorganisms from air and gas. The filter material is hydrophobic, repelling water and allowing only air and gas to pass through. The end caps are made of polysulfone, which has high heat resistance and can withstand repeated inline steam sterilization. There is no risk of the filter material delaminating and flowing out to the secondary side. The filter has a large filtration area and exhibits lower pressure loss compared to conventional types. Installation onto the housing is done via a twist lock, which is strong against back pressure, and the double O-ring design ensures complete sealing.
