We offer a standardized range of widths from the thinnest 6mm to 8mm, 13mm, 20mm, and the thickest 25mm, providing one of the industry's leading lineups. This allows compatibility with small to large diameter threads in pipe threads from 1/8 (1 bu), 1/4 (2 bu), 3/8 (3 bu), 1/2 (4 bu), 3/4 (6 bu), 1 (1 inch), to 2 (2 inches). Seal tape is used on the threaded parts that connect water pipes, air pipes, hydraulic piping, etc., to ensure that the threads are tightly adhered to each other. Typically, the connection points of piping are threaded, but without a slight clearance in the threads, they cannot be tightened. Therefore, even when meshing them together, it is impossible to achieve a complete seal. Water, air, or oil flowing through the pipes can leak from these gaps. Seal tape is used to prevent leaks of water, air, and oil at the piping joints. The material of the seal tape is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This material is a fluoropolymer that excels in heat resistance and chemical resistance. The thin tape-like seal is wound on a reel. Since it is pure PTFE tape, it complies with environmental regulations and can also provide documentation for various regulations.

Free membership registrationWe have developed an element with finer pores than sintered metal used for filter applications, utilizing the manufacturing technology of sintered metal filter elements. As a result, it has become possible to generate bubbles that are so fine they cannot be seen with the naked eye. Although they cannot be confirmed visually, we believe they are microbubbles; however, we cannot guarantee this as we have not measured them. The generation method is based on fine pore technology, and the generated fine bubbles (microbubbles) are transparent. Since it is not a pressurized method, there is no cloudiness.

Free membership registrationA porous sintered body composed of metal powder (particles) in a three-dimensional structure, with materials including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, titanium, etc. The range of materials is diverse. By using a porous sintered body, stable air supply is possible, and because the metal powder is structured in three dimensions, it can achieve the contradictory properties of being lightweight yet high-strength. It can be machined to achieve a certain level of surface roughness, but it can also be polished to meet strict surface roughness requirements.
