In the previous 7th session, we ranked 11 items regarding the question, "Where are the issues in our company?" After sharing those rankings, we discussed to unify the opinions of three people into one. Each person presented their reasons for the ranking of one item at a time, so we struggled to reach a consensus within the time limit. However, the discussion remained calm throughout and turned out to be a good one. Additionally, in conducting the discussion, it was important to consciously choose and be aware of our "ego states" to convince ourselves and others. After the discussion, it was a good opportunity to reflect on which ego state I had used and what was lacking. Next, regarding "decision-making," we were taught a mechanism to listen to and analyze information equally from all ego states and to take actions that fit the current situation. Following this mechanism, I want to be conscious of my ego and continue to communicate and act daily.
