● VentureClad™ 1578CW / 1578CW-E is a product in the form of adhesive tape, made by applying a special acrylic-based adhesive to a film-like substrate laminated in three layers of aluminum and resin. ● It is used for joining and sealing the seams and joints of the VentureClad™ "1579 Series" (13-layer reinforced laminate type) and "1577CW/CW-E" (5-layer laminate type). ● While maintaining the non-permeability of the substrate and the performance of the adhesive, it enhances conformity to shapes and ensures a reliable sealing effect. ● It can also be used for repairs and sealing applications of deteriorated existing metal exterior and openings.

The VentureClad™ 1579 series is a product in the form of an adhesive sheet/tape, consisting of a film-like substrate reinforced with 13 layers of aluminum and resin, coated with a special acrylic adhesive. Due to the method of bonding non-breathable substrates with adhesive, it effectively shuts out the intrusion of rainwater and humid outside air with simple installation. It effectively prevents CUI (corrosion under insulation) and the deterioration of insulation and refrigeration materials, serving as an alternative to metal cladding. The "1579 series" (13-layer reinforced laminate type) is suitable for use in areas where walking or strong forces are expected on outdoor piping and equipment in plants. The lineup includes the standard adhesive type "1579CW," the embossed type "1579CW-E," and the highly applicable "1579NA" (non-adhesive type) for large-diameter piping and large equipment.

● VentureClad(TM) 1577CW / 1577CW-E is a product in the form of an adhesive sheet/tape, made by laminating aluminum and resin into a five-layer film substrate, coated with a special acrylic adhesive. ● Due to the method of bonding non-breathable substrates with adhesive, it effectively shuts out the intrusion of rainwater and humid outside air with simple installation. ● It effectively prevents CUI (corrosion on the outer surface beneath insulation) and the deterioration of insulation and refrigeration materials, serving as an alternative to metal sheeting for exterior finishes. ● It can also be used for repairs and sealing applications on deteriorated existing metal sheeting exteriors and openings. ● For areas where appearance is a priority, we also offer the embossed type "1577CW-E." ▲ For outdoor sites where walking on pipes or strong external forces are expected, we recommend "1579CW" (13-layer reinforced laminate type).
