Typically, an aluminum frame would be used in such situations; however, due to the need for passage under the conveyor, we had to widen the spacing between the conveyor legs. We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "heat-resistant belt conveyor." This conveyor transports gel-like cylindrical resin with a diameter of approximately φ50. Since the temperature of the molten material reaches around 120°C, we used a heat-resistant belt (Tynest belt). The Tynest belt is made from aramid fibers and possesses flame-retardant, heat-resistant, and self-extinguishing properties. It is used for transporting high-temperature items, such as metal products subjected to heat treatment, or in processes involving the heat treatment of resins, as in this case. Die-cast products are typically around 400°C when removed from the die-casting machine, so stainless steel mesh belts are commonly used for transportation, considering heat resistance. However, in cases where there is concern about scratches on the products or for high-precision and high-design products, mesh belts may be avoided, and heat-resistant belts like the one used in this case may be employed.
