The Smart Vacuum Gauge (S Gauge) SC-22 is an automatic vacuum gauge developed by our company that can measure both residual gas components and total pressure (vacuum level) using a new method. It can perform gas component measurement and leak checks even in rough vacuum conditions where RGA (Q mass) does not operate. Since it is based on a cold cathode gauge, it can be used in tough environments without a filament. The total pressure is measured by a wide-range vacuum gauge integrated into the device, capable of measuring vacuum from atmospheric pressure to ultra-high vacuum.
