When comparing single-shaft crushers and double-shaft crushers, generally, double-shaft crushers have a higher processing capacity. Double-shaft crushers crush materials by biting and cutting them with cutters. The crushing is rough, but the processing capacity increases. In contrast, single-shaft crushers operate with the image of gradually shaving off material, and since crushing is repeated until the size passes through a screen, it generally takes more time to process compared to double-shaft crushers, resulting in lower processing capacity. A device that presses the material against the blades (a pusher) is added to enhance the crushing capability.
