By immobilizing high concentrations of microorganisms on the carrier, it is possible to reduce the aeration tank capacity by about half compared to conventional methods (activated sludge method), achieving space savings. We would like to introduce the achievements of our wastewater treatment system, "Denitrification Treatment of Wastewater." In the "Agitator Carrier Fluid System," by renovating the activated sludge tank to an agitator, we can directly accept half of the raw water into the biological treatment tank (carrier fluid method), reducing the pressurized floating flocs and achieving stable operation. The "Membrane Separation Activated Sludge System" has resolved solid-liquid separation issues after installation, enabling stable operation that meets regulatory standards.
