The locking nut "V-Nut" consists of two components: the nut itself and a special spring. A groove is machined into the top surface of the nut to accommodate the special spring (friction ring), which is then wrapped around the protruding part towards the center, securing the friction ring to the top of the nut. 【Features】 ■ Can be used directly with currently used bolts ■ Does not fall off even when the bolt and nut are in an intermediate position, thanks to the friction ring ■ Generates pre-torque after removal, suppressing "rotational loosening" ■ Higher safety and workability compared to standard nuts ■ Excellent heat and cold resistance, with no concerns about functional degradation *For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data available for download.

Free membership registrationThe V-nut consists of two components: the nut itself and a special spring. A groove is machined into the top surface of the nut to fit the special spring (friction ring), and the protruding part is rolled inward toward the center to secure the friction ring to the top of the nut. Each individual nut and ring, through this mechanism, functions as an excellent locking nut while also creating a stable torque V-cut.
