The "Slit Injection Forepoling" is a tunnel excavation auxiliary method that allows for the insertion of a cuttable bolt at a low angle from beneath the support structure into areas of concern for rockfall, such as uncemented ground. By performing construction from within the cross-section, it reduces the skin fall that occurs from the top and achieves reliable injection through leak suppression. The "Fadom Method" uses "Denka ES," which hardens rapidly when mixed with cement milk, as a ground improvement material for various applications. By combining it with a dedicated injection machine and a mouth closure system, the construction performance and stability of the cement-based injection system for tunnel auxiliary construction have been improved. The dedicated injection machine automatically controls the pump flow rate, making it less likely to disrupt the liquid balance and resulting in minimal loss. It allows for stable discharge with consistent mixing using a trough mixer. The "Lattice Gutter" is a product that improves the construction accuracy and quality during the assembly of steel reinforcement for tunnel support structures, consisting of a main frame and a lattice of reinforcing bars that connect them. It allows for changes in the number of suitable pieces and the diameter of the main frame reinforcing bars according to the cross-sectional shape.
