This is our original cart with a wind direction plate (Patent No. 7138992). In the case of hot air dryers using carts, uneven drying of the items placed on the cart occurred due to the wind blowing up from the discharge section. The SM-10-K is a popular model with a wide range of applications, designed for small batch processing with a capacity of about 10 half-size trays. It is suitable for drying various foods, including shiitake mushrooms and medicinal herbs. The drying method involves placing the food on plastic trays called "ebira" and blowing hot air from below to dry it. Other types of ebira include Teflon mesh and stainless steel. The operation is simple, requiring only temperature and time adjustments.

This is a small sorting machine that automatically sorts dried shiitake mushrooms to a specified size as they pass through a rotating drum. (Compatible with household power supply, single-phase 100V) It can sort into five sizes: jam (small), small leaf, medium leaf, medium leaf (upper), and large leaf. The wide design of the inlet eliminates clogging and crushing of the mushrooms. It comes with casters, making installation and movement easy.

A dedicated external hood is installed to allow natural intake and exhaust of air within the greenhouse, improving drying efficiency by enhancing air circulation.

Kihara's garlic stem cutter (nicknamed: Taisuke-kun) automatically performs stem cutting with a rotating cutter just by placing the garlic in a cup. Additionally, the length of the stem can be adjusted from 1 mm to 4 mm.
