The post-installed anchor method is a technique used in the construction of new concrete structures, as well as in renovation and seismic reinforcement projects, and for the installation of various types of equipment. It involves drilling into already-set concrete and securing anchors within those holes. There are many types of post-installed anchors, which can be broadly classified into metal anchors and adhesive anchors. Common metal anchors are designed to expand when the anchor portion inserted into the drilled hole is either hammered or tightened, creating a wedged state that provides holding power; these anchors are typically used for relatively light installations. Additionally, there are various types of adhesive anchors, with capsule-type anchors being commonly used due to their ease of quality control. Capsule-type anchors consist of a capsule containing the main resin, curing agent, and aggregate, which is inserted into a drilled and cleaned hole. By applying rotational impact to the anchor with a hammer drill while mixing the capsule, the resin is chemically cured, allowing the anchor to bond with the base material, making it suitable for applications where strength is desired.

Core drilling work involves rotating a core bit embedded with diamond abrasives at high speeds, utilizing the cutting power of diamonds to drill into various materials such as reinforced concrete. Water is supplied to the cutting edge during the drilling process to remove cutting dust and cool the bit, resulting in a method that produces no dust, minimal vibration, and almost no noise. The machine is anchored for stability, making it compact and lightweight, suitable for work in narrow spaces, capable of high-precision drilling, and adaptable to a wide range of applications with drilling diameters from φ28 to 600.

Wall saw construction involves fixing a guide rail along the cutting surface of the material, attaching a diamond blade with diamond abrasives embedded in a disc-shaped tip to the lightweight special drive unit's spindle, and moving it along the rail while rotating it at high speed and injecting cooling water to perform the cutting. Since the cutting is done by moving along the rail, it allows for precise and safe construction, resulting in a very clean cut surface. Similar to wire saws, it is a low-noise, vibration-free method that produces minimal dust.

Wire saw construction involves wrapping a diamond wire saw, which consists of diamond beads embedded with diamond abrasives arranged at regular intervals, around the material to be cut. The ends are connected in a loop, and the cutting direction is adjusted using guide pulleys. The wire saw is driven to rotate at high speed while maintaining a constant tension, allowing for cutting. The wire saw is highly flexible, not constrained by the shape of the material being cut, and adjusting the length of the wire saw makes it easy to cut large cross-sections. This method is low-noise and vibration-free, and because it uses cooling water for cutting, it generates minimal dust.
