Free membership registrationConcrete waste refers to the waste generated from the demolition and disposal of buildings, concrete structures, and road ditches. At our plant, this waste is crushed and sorted, then recycled into regenerated crushed stone and regenerated sand (for use as recycled roadbed material and backfill), which are sold to construction and civil engineering companies. Additionally, the rebar present in the waste is removed during the processing and sold as a valuable material.

Free membership registrationThe factory is located in Asaka City, Saitama Prefecture, and has good access from Tokyo, where a large amount of target waste is generated (about a 20-minute drive from Itabashi Ward). With a site area of 10,000 m² and a processing capacity of 100 tons per hour (approximately 300,000 tons annually), it is one of the largest industrial waste treatment facilities in the metropolitan area. Under the permission of Saitama Prefecture, the industrial waste accepted at this factory is broadly categorized into (1) concrete waste, (2) asphalt waste, and (3) slag (foundry sand), primarily brought in by construction companies, road companies, and foundries. Additionally, we also have a permit for industrial waste collection and transportation, and as a waste collection and transportation company, we carry out transportation operations such as bringing waste from the waste generation site to our facility, transporting recycled base materials to construction sites, and transporting recycled graded materials to partner road companies.

Free membership registrationThe collection and transportation business involves transporting industrial waste to intermediate treatment facilities or final disposal sites at the request of customers. Our company manages the entire process from the collection and transportation of business-related waste (industrial waste and general business waste) to intermediate treatment, providing support for customers' peace of mind regarding their waste disposal. The waste collected from customers is delivered to our own intermediate treatment facility, where it is sorted and crushed, and then recycled and sold as reclaimed materials such as RC40 and recycled sand. To accommodate the various waste disposal situations, we have a diverse range of collection and transportation vehicles available.
