We often handle orders of around 50 pieces per lot and specialize in this area. In recent years, we have strengthened both our machinery and personnel, allowing us to accommodate orders of over 100 pieces per lot. In-house, we utilize vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, NC lathes, and multi-tasking lathes for larger quantities and complex high-precision machining. For short-term production of single items to 10 pieces, we perform cutting processes using general-purpose horizontal boring machines, general-purpose lathes, vertical milling machines, and radial drilling machines. Additionally, we are equipped to meet the demands of customers seeking higher quality, precision, and finish through grinding processes using cylindrical grinders, surface grinders, internal grinders, and NC cylindrical grinders. There are various heat treatment, welding, and surface treatment partner factories located within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers, which allows us to reduce our customers' burdens and help resolve their concerns.
