A four-layer collating machine that automatically supplies an over-sheet film (with tape transfer) to a core sheet set with individual sheets, aligns it, and then ultrasonically welds it. The device dimensions are 2200x2200x1900(H)mm, featuring a compact design. ◇ Tact time: 30 seconds/set (for 4 sheets) ◇ Alignment specifications: Two cameras capture the reference position of the film and the alignment marks, correcting them on the XYθ axes. ◇ Synchronized operation function with two scalar robots. ◇ Tact time: 30 seconds/set (for 4 sheets) ◇ Sheets: Two types, 500x400mm and 478x310mm, with a thickness of 0.05 to 0.10mm. ◇ Collation accuracy: within ±0.5mm ◇ Temporary welding function: temporary welding at six points using an ultrasonic welding machine. <About Rise One> Our company provides a comprehensive service from the development and design of FA equipment to assembly adjustment, installation, and maintenance or improvement and modification proposals after delivery! □ Business content - Design and manufacture of FA production machines and inspection machines with high precision positioning - Design and manufacture of automation and labor-saving equipment using various robots - Development, design, and manufacture of various manufacturing devices - Software and electronic circuit design and manufacture

Free membership registrationThis is a device that automatically collates card materials, SUS plates, and films in the specified orientation and with the specified number of layers and steps, separates the SUS plates from the card materials after pressing, and then re-supplies them to the collating section after cleaning the SUS plates. To address the customer's difficulties with static electricity generated during the separation of SUS plates and products after the collating process, the operation has been fully automated. This ensures a stable production quantity through continuous operation and has also improved the takt time. ◇ Achieves full automation and labor reduction by transporting collated materials with a 6-axis robot and a SCARA robot. ◇ After separation, cleans the film and SUS plates and re-supplies them to the collating section. ◇ Allows for arbitrary setting of the collating configuration according to the front and back of the product, orientation, position, presence of film, thickness of SUS plates, and changes in the order of product supply. ◇ Completes collating and supply to the press machine in 10 steps/40 minutes. One step consists of 10 layers (with one layer made up of SUS plate, film, product, film, and SUS plate). Produces 200 products in 40 minutes. ◇ Automatic product supply from the previous process using AMR. ◇ A cover that encloses the entire device shuts out dust.
