- Input pulses from the composite meter for power supply and demand (transaction meter) to calculate power based on the demand pulse rate. Measurement can be adjusted according to the specifications of the transaction meter, such as 50,000p/kW or 2,000p/kW. (A separate pulse detector is required.) - Equipped with a small touch panel LCD display, making it easy to read the display, and the cutoff output can be set to the desired number of stages. - By connecting to our central monitoring and control system RiCS-200, demand measurement data can be displayed in a list or automatically recorded, making it easier to understand demand power consumption through trend graphs. Additionally, fine-tuned operational management is possible through the linkage of cutoff outputs.

- By reducing the maximum power consumption (peak cut), the basic charge will be reduced. RiCS-Demacon visualizes the power usage within the building and controls the operation of electrical equipment such as air conditioning to ensure that the set power consumption is not exceeded while maintaining a comfortable environment. - Power consumption varies by season. With RiCS-Demacon, it is possible to set target values for each season. - RiCS-Demacon is made to order. We respond flexibly and in detail to customer requests at a low cost, contributing to energy conservation and efficiency.

• Information display device

If a central monitoring device has already been installed and the central monitoring function of the RiCS-200 is not needed, or if the operation management of the equipment by personnel has been established, it will automatically report failures of air conditioning heat source equipment that are difficult to handle during malfunctions.

• Security cameras and surveillance systems

It is suitable for monitoring and control systems for small-scale equipment, and the operation of starting/stopping is done by pressing a button icon. It is a simplified wiring system that eliminates the hassle of wiring work for large systems.
