The "Central Alert CA-360J" is an indoor signaling device that notifies you of essential information in daily life, such as visitors, fires, and phone calls, through vibrations, lights, and sounds. By using various sensors sold separately, it can also notify you of fire alarms, incoming calls from smartphones, phablets, tablets, mobile phones, and landlines, as well as the intrusion or wandering of suspicious individuals. Natural Sound has six types of sound sources, allowing you to listen to soothing sounds anytime and anywhere. Speech Plus amplifies the voice up to about 40 dB and transmits it to the other party when the speaker has a weak voice and cannot speak loudly enough for the person on the phone to understand. Additionally, if the speaker occasionally produces a voice louder than 40 dB, it automatically adjusts the volume to below 40 dB to send clear speech with minimal distortion. Furthermore, when not using the voice amplification feature, it can amplify the receiving volume by 18 dB, making it ideal for the elderly and those with mild hearing loss. Incoming calls are indicated by a red flashing light and a ringing sound at 95 dB.

Jumbo Plus offers a volume amplification of up to approximately 60 dB and allows for four levels of voice adjustment (bass, midrange, mid-high, and treble). It is a telephone that can be easily heard by those with moderate hearing loss. The receiver is compatible with hearing aids that have a built-in T-coil, allowing users to hear clear sound through magnetic induction while wearing their hearing aids. The phone is designed to eliminate unnecessary features as much as possible, ensuring that those with hearing impairments and the elderly can speak with confidence. When receiving a call, the ringer emits a sound of about 95 dB, and the lights on the front and side of the phone flash simultaneously.

A transmitter that constitutes the Bellman Visit system, connected via cable to fire alarms or relay adapters with relay contacts. When the fire alarm is activated, a radio signal is transmitted from the fire alarm transmitter, notifying all Bellman Visit receivers within radio range. The fire alarm also sends alerts to Bellman Visit receivers belonging to different groups, issuing emergency notifications through flashlights, vibrations, and alarm sounds. It is also convenient for temporary installations in hotels and dormitories.

This is a residential fire alarm that detects smoke generated by early fires and alerts with a loud alarm sound. It operates maintenance-free for 10 years thanks to its built-in battery. Installation can be done by securing it to walls with wood screws or drywall nails (pins). The alarm sound gradually increases to about 90 dB. A separate transmitter can be connected to the relay contact to activate a receiver that alerts with light or vibration. The Hi-Guard smoke type is equipped with a function that automatically corrects sensitivity changes due to sensor dirt and a learning function to prevent false alarms. The Hi-Guard heat type features a reliable design that automatically monitors disconnections or short circuits in the heat sensing part with a microcontroller.

Up to 16 relay adapters can be wirelessly linked with the Mamoru-kun 10 fire alarm, allowing installation in each room. If a fire occurs in any room of the house, all Mamoru-kun 10 alarms will respond.

By setting the four dip switches on the transmitter and receiver to the same position, a single group is formed. If the dip switches are the same, there is no limit to the number of transmitters and receivers as long as they are within a line-of-sight distance of about 30 meters. The receiver vibrates for about 8 seconds to notify the user of the call.
