The compact load cell LCKD series is a compression type load cell that measures loads ranging from 1 kg to 1000 pounds. It has a height of approximately 3 mm up to 50 lb. It is manufactured by Omega in the USA. Temperature compensation is achieved through a miniature circuit board included in the load cell's cable. The LCKD/LCMKD series compression type load cells offer high performance despite their small size. They are designed for measurement applications with a load range of 1 kg to 1000 lb. The robust all-stainless steel construction and high-performance resistance strain gauges provide excellent linearity and stability. Temperature compensation is performed by a miniature circuit board in the cable. These cells are designed with consideration for mounting on smooth and flat surfaces.
