On January 18, 2021, Nobuaki Electric Co., Ltd. and Toho Electric Co., Ltd. established a joint venture company, "Japan Actuator Co., Ltd.", which will engage in the sales of solenoids and other control devices. With the establishment of this joint venture, we aim to integrate and streamline the sales and marketing functions of both companies' solenoid products. Additionally, by complementing each other's areas of expertise in these products, we will work towards expanding our range of sales items.

The "Disaster Prevention Technology Exhibition" in Yokohama, which we are scheduled to exhibit at, has been postponed again to March 17 (Thursday) to 18 (Friday), 2021, due to the declaration of a state of emergency. We look forward to welcoming everyone on the new dates.
