An advanced power system essential for autonomous driving solutions.

Kodiak Robotics' autonomous driving solution, "Kodiak Driver," includes a modular hardware system called SensorPods, which consolidates most of the sensors used to "see" the surroundings from the typical mirror positions of the truck. The arrangement of the sensors is crucial for recognizing roads, other vehicles, pedestrians, and potential hazards. Additionally, the power supply must not only meet stringent power requirements but also be as compact as possible to avoid compromising the flexibility of the arrangement. Vicor's power modules can comfortably meet these demands.
