The software requirements specification is a collection of sentences that consist of the requirements that the program should fulfill. The "~" represents a sentence, which consists of one subject and one predicate, or one object and one imperative predicate (unit sentence). The terms "if" and the negation "otherwise" will be referred to as unit sentence conjunctions. Therefore, the specification can be described using unit sentences and unit sentence conjunctions.
