We propose a new vibration monitoring system! Capture changes with the frequency spectrum of time series data, allowing for the visual discovery of machine changes.

"TR-COM" is a system that monitors the condition of various rotating machinery using vibrations. The know-how that Trishima has cultivated over many years as a pump manufacturer can be utilized in the operation and maintenance field. In general vibration monitoring methods, machinery deterioration cannot be detected until the vibration level increases significantly and the vibration trend graph rises. Our new vibration management method arranges frequency spectra in chronological order, allowing us to capture changes in frequency, enabling the visual discovery of changes in machinery before the vibration trend changes. Additionally, commonly used portable vibration meters and wireless vibration sensors operate up to 1,000Hz. While changes in machinery can be detected within that range, it is difficult to detect signs of deterioration before a failure occurs.
