Belt conveyor pulleys (hereinafter referred to as "pulleys") are placed in key areas of the belt conveyor. In the event that even one of them is damaged, it can lead to the stoppage of the conveyor, potentially halting the entire system. Additionally, since they are used under harsh conditions that are significantly affected by belt tension and winding, careful selection of each component based on solid design principles and high manufacturing skill is required. This is a roller used for various guide idlers and Trough-type guide idlers (TG type). The GR type is a general steel pipe roller, while the TGR type is a roller made of ductile cast iron with excellent wear resistance.

JRC refers to rollers made to non-standard dimensions as "B-type rollers," and we can manufacture them as shown in the table below. When placing an order, please check the structural diagrams of each roller and specify your desired dimensions and specifications. We also accommodate special processing such as threading at the shaft end and pin holes. (Please refer to the example of shaft end processing in the diagram below.)

At JRC, we also manufacture "short rollers" used in steep incline conveyors. For roller lengths (L1) less than 100L, we recommend the TRJ type (straight bushing type). We also accommodate special processing of shaft end shapes. (Please refer to the diagram below for examples of shaft end processing.)

This roller improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of pipes by bonding rubber to the surface of a steel pipe roller. There are two types available: NR type (natural rubber wrapped) and NBR type (nitrile rubber wrapped), which has superior oil resistance.
