Ecomaru is a purging agent specifically designed for cleaning the interior of injection molding machine cylinders. ■ It has a high concentration of GW (glass wool) and prioritizes black spot removal performance. It removes and prevents resin degradation (burning and black spots) inside the cylinder that could not be eliminated with GF (glass fiber), contributing to a reduction in foreign matter defects such as black spots and improving quality. ■ It excels in subsequent resin replacement, preventing defects caused by "residual purging agent" during molding. Subsequent resin replacement refers to the property of how quickly and reliably the purging agent is expelled after cleaning with the purging agent and switching to the next resin. Ecomaru is a purging agent that demonstrates excellent cleaning while showing superior replaceability. ■ It is available in two grades to accommodate a wide range of resins and can be used under simple conditions on-site. ◆ GWP… Focused on glass discharge properties, suitable for color and resin changes. It has high cleaning ability and excellent subsequent resin replaceability (raw materials: PP + GW). ◆ GWS… Focused on carbon removal properties. It emphasizes a wide range of applicable resins and temperature ranges (raw materials: AS + GW). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationNanodax Co., Ltd. is a company established in 2007 that conducts research and development, as well as manufacturing and sales, of high-performance resin-reinforced glass wool materials. Since 2007, we have been advancing product development and market expansion of "resin-enhanced glass wool fibers" in collaboration with Saint-Gobain Japan (a subsidiary of the French headquarters, Saint-Gobain) for the purpose of developing new markets for glass wool. In 2013, we acquired all intellectual property patents from Saint-Gobain to commercialize our products, allowing us to independently provide new technologies not only in Japan but also in global markets, thereby developing new business opportunities. [Contents] ■ Company Overview ■ Glass Fiber: What is Short Fiber [Glass Wool]? ■ Nanodax Manufacturing Technology and Product Introduction ■ Overview of Our Products - Cleaning Agent for Plastic Molding Machines 'ecomaru' - Filament for 3D Printers '3D magic', etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe glass wool reinforced plastic "G-MAG HYBRID" is a hybrid glass fiber reinforced resin that takes advantage of the fineness and flexibility of glass wool for uniform dispersion, while incorporating the strength of glass fibers, effectively combining the best of both worlds. The pelletization process for uniformly mixing and dispersing glass fibers took over 10 years of development, but we were able to commercialize it by developing a patented "heated feeder" that incorporates glass fibers into the molten resin through heating. 【Features】 ■ Excellent fluidity, ideal for molding thin and precision parts ■ Thermoreversible composite material mixed with glass wool and glass fibers of varying diameters ■ Suitable for thin-walled, precise injection molding *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
