Duck Clean WSC can perform the entire process from cleaning to waste liquid treatment due to its characteristics of being neutral and having low BOD and SOD values. It reacts with scale-forming components to dissolve the scale (silica scale does not dissolve, so it is discharged as small particles) and is expelled as waste liquid. Being neutral, it can completely clean the scale without damaging the piping, which can improve thermal efficiency and lead to energy savings on electricity costs (depending on the degree of scaling, a few percent reduction has been reported). *By conducting the work in-house, a reduction in total costs (from cleaning to waste liquid treatment) can be expected.

Neutral pipe scale cleaning agent. Since it is neutral, waste liquid treatment does not require pH adjustment, and the BOD and COD of the concentrated solution are low, so waste liquid treatment only requires water dilution. The work process involves simply circulating the agent within the pipes after it is introduced. Since we can handle everything from cleaning to waste liquid treatment in-house, we can contribute to cost reduction.
