During the summer, agricultural greenhouses were unable to cultivate crops due to high temperatures and dryness. The Cool Sat House can maintain the internal temperature below 35°C even on extremely hot days through its unique mist cooling technology, without using air conditioning. It has made year-round cultivation possible, including during the summer, by controlling the three essential elements of an ideal growing environment: temperature, humidity, and sunlight.

• Insulation work

This is a system that incorporates a dedicated nutrient solution device into a shelf-type unit, capable of supporting seedling cultivation and acclimatization. Two systems are available: the SILHOS method and the S type (simple type). The nutrient solution is supplied from the bottom. Stable seedling production and acclimatization production can be achieved through automatic nutrient supply control.

• Landscaping and planting

A shelf-type cultivation system developed in collaboration with Professor Michio Tanaka of Kagawa University, a leading expert in the research of cloned seedlings of the butterfly orchid, using SILHOS (a system that incorporates a unique technology, the side hollow reflection light system, which separates light and heating).
