Recently, there has been an observed phenomenon of early deterioration in concrete structures, where quality degradation such as cracking and spalling occurs within just over a decade, which is significantly shorter than the expected lifespan of 50 years for these structures. The causes of this deterioration include so-called salt damage, carbonation, alkali-silica reaction, acid rain, and various chemical reactions. It is important to clarify the extent of deterioration in concrete structures that are currently deteriorating or are in the process of deterioration, and to further predict future deterioration trends.

The HLG system (Heatless Glass System) forms a glass coating at room temperature by mixing a main agent, a hardener, and a diluent, eliminating the need for the high-temperature heating process that has traditionally been essential for glass manufacturing. The application methods, which include rollers, brushes, and sprays, allow it to be applied to various substrates, making it a technology currently receiving attention from various sectors.

This is a reinforcement method for concrete structures that excels in workability, simply involving the attachment of unidirectional carbon fiber sheets or aramid fiber sheets to the surface of concrete using epoxy resin or similar materials. Its reinforcement effects are expected in a wide range of fields, from public facilities to general civil engineering structures, including the restoration of strength in deteriorated concrete and improvements in load-bearing capacity and seismic resistance. Additionally, we also provide reinforcement design using continuous fiber sheets based on concrete deterioration diagnosis survey data, structural drawings, and rebar drawings.

The Longy anti-corrosion method is a corrosion prevention technique that uses synthetic resin to form a specified thickness of anti-corrosion coating on the base material, aiming to protect the base material from corrosive environments for an extended period. We offer various standard specifications for resin-based corrosion prevention tailored to different environments and conditions. Additionally, we conduct anti-corrosion design based on the environmental conditions presented by our customers.

The light-curing sheet is a composite sheet that sandwiches a mesh of high-density polyethylene fibers between two mats made of glass fibers that are impregnated with light-curing vinyl ester resin. Surface preparation and primer treatment are performed on the concrete repair surface of sewer pipes, and a pre-formed resin sheet is then attached on top. Next, light is irradiated onto the surface to cure it and form a corrosion-resistant coating layer.
