Tests conducted by the Japan Architectural Institute Foundation have shown that it achieves lightweight floor impact sound level reduction performance exceeding the soundproofing standards (LL-45) of typical apartment management associations. Our company uses a heat press (compression) roll press to harden the surface of softwood materials such as cedar and cypress. Because the surfaces of cedar and cypress are soft, they were traditionally only used for structural materials like columns and ceiling boards, but with the heat press (compression) roll press, it has become possible to use them for flooring, wainscoting, wall materials, and more. *The heat press (compression) roll press is patented.

The specific gravity does not increase due to surface enhancement treatment.
