"Morimatsu" successfully commercialized the SUS444 storage tank in 1978, becoming the first in the industry to completely overcome stress corrosion cracking. Furthermore, the SUS444 storage tank was recognized for our delivery achievements and was adopted in the 1993 edition of the Ministry of Construction's standard specifications.

• Septic tank equipment

In 1970, we pioneered the development of a stainless steel panel tank that uses stainless steel as the material for the tank and focuses on the sphere, which is structurally ideal from a mechanical perspective. This tank allows for the free combination of panel units that incorporate parts of a sphere into flat plates. The stainless steel panel tank, which can be freely assembled with six types of panel units, can be manufactured in sizes ranging from small to ultra-large tanks and is used in various fields, including water storage tanks and elevated water tanks.

• Water Treatment

The stainless steel panel tank with insulation type features a three-layer structure that uses high-performance, high-heat-resistant expanded polystyrene (heat-resistant foamed resin) as insulation material between the tank body and an aluminum insulation cover shaped like the tank. The thickness of the insulation material is available in three types: 30mm, 50mm, and 100mm. 【Characteristics of Insulation Material】 ○ Optimal as insulation material due to low thermal conductivity and water absorption rate ○ Strong compression, bending, and tensile strength, ensuring durability after insulation installation ○ Can be continuously used in high-temperature areas (up to 90°C) 【Applications】 It is widely used not only for preventing condensation and freezing in drinking water tanks but also in return tanks, expansion tanks, solar heat storage tanks, hot water tanks, cold water tanks, brine tanks, and more.
