The "KC Form" is a thin plate made of GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete with alkali resistance) used as a formwork for embedding concrete lids when constructing concrete covers for existing roadside ditches on-site. It is easy to install (no support work required) and can be constructed even while water is flowing, allowing for a shorter construction period compared to other drainage methods. Using GRC as the material provides high bending strength and rigidity, and on-site processing with a diamond cutter is also easy. Edge boards are a new edging material that creates a neat boundary between lawns or ground covers and sandy areas or plantings. Compared to traditional edging materials like wave boards or cedar boards, they excel in various aspects and will have a wonderful effect on future park development and urban landscape improvement. Features: Unlike conventional plastic products, the straight sections are beautifully finished. Being thin, it can accommodate curves with a radius of 1 meter, creating a beautiful edge line. 1. Ultra Lightweight This is an ultra-lightweight precast slab with prestressed FRC material. Its lightweight nature makes it easy to transport and install manually. 2. Cost-effectiveness It can be selected in 100mm increments according to the width used, making it economical. 3. Safety The surface is patterned with ribbed steel plates, making it slip-resistant. 4. Workability On-site processing with a diamond cutter is easy.

The LS form is a long-length product that expands the range of applications for the GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement) embedded forms "KC form" and "JS form," which already have numerous construction achievements in road drainage ditch culverting work. When culverting ditches, the labor involved in traditional on-site formwork construction is eliminated, making installation easier and significantly reducing total costs. While KC form and JS form are made of GRC, the LS form incorporates a net-like reinforcement and prestressing in addition to the GRC structure. It achieves approximately twice the bending strength of conventional products. Since the pitch of the ribs and main reinforcement in the product is the same, spacers are unnecessary during concrete pouring. Each piece weighs 69 kg (for an internal width of 2500 mm), allowing for manual installation, making it efficient to work in narrow sites or steep locations where heavy machinery cannot enter. On-site processing with a diamond cutter is also easy. The load capacity is 150 kg per square meter, allowing one person to work on the product. The LS form can be used as an embedded form for culverting ditches and waterways with internal widths ranging from 1400 to 2500 mm. With the addition of the new LS form to the existing KC form and JS form, culverting work for ditches with internal widths from 250 to 2500 mm can now be handled without the need for support structures.

The Yell Plate has been proposed and adopted by NEXCO and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Tohoku Regional Development Bureau as an emergency evacuation stairway for the Sendai East Road.
