By considering adoption from the design stage, the following effects can be achieved: ■ Maximizing ceiling height By reducing beam depth, ceiling height can be secured, allowing for effective use of space. This item can make the space appear larger. ■ Effectively within height restrictions for high-rise projects By reducing beam depth, it leads to compression of floor height, allowing for effective design within restrictions. In some cases, it may even increase the number of floors. ~Features of the Pylon Barrier~ ◆ Non-expanding fireproof coating material for steel beam penetrations ◆ Obtained national minister certification for 1, 2, and 3-hour fire resistance with a thickness of 12mm ◆ <NEW> Usable even with penetration hole diameters exceeding 1/2 of beam depth (specific ring reinforcement method) *Please be sure to check the certification conditions before considering.

Free membership registration**Pylon Barrier** The pylon barrier is a fire-resistant covering material for steel beam penetration holes, and it is a reliable non-expanding product. It is 12mm thick and has obtained Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism certification for 1, 2, and 3-hour fire resistance. By considering its adoption from the design stage, it is possible to reduce beam depth, secure ceiling height, and create a more spacious appearance. **Benefits** ■ Increased effective area of penetration holes ■ Reduction in reinforcement costs for penetration holes ■ Possible reduction of beam depth ■ Usable even if the penetration hole diameter exceeds 1/2 of the beam depth (specific ring reinforcement method) *Please be sure to check the certification conditions before considering.* **Stair Slit** As the necessity for structural design concerning seismic slits increases, designs incorporating slits in stairwells are becoming more common. Amidst the diversification of building designs, our company is capable of producing various special slits, including those for stairs. (In addition to stair sections, vertical slits for knee walls, curtain walls, and beams can also be produced.) If you have any questions or concerns regarding our products, please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe catalog for the Pylon Barrier has been updated. (With some certifications, high furnace cement has been added to the types of cement for sprayed rock wool.) The Pylon Barrier is a non-expanding product that has obtained Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism certification for 1, 2, and 3-hour fire resistance at a thickness of 12mm. By considering its adoption from the design stage, it is possible to secure ceiling height and create a more spacious appearance. Benefits: ■ Increased effective area of penetration holes ■ Reduced costs for reinforcing penetration holes ■ Possible reduction of beam depth ■ Usable even if the diameter of the penetration hole exceeds 1/2 of the beam depth (specific ring reinforcement methods) *Since the Pylon Barrier is a ministerial certified product, there are certification conditions for its use. Special attention is needed regarding steel frame sizes (especially flange thickness), so this catalog includes a flowchart. Please check whether you meet the certification conditions. *Related data excerpts for fire resistance verification are also included. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Pylon Barrier" has obtained ministerial certification in conjunction with OS Ring (Okabe Co., Ltd.), following Hailing (Senkushia Co., Ltd.) this time. (2021.6.7) Until now, it could be used in combination with reinforcement rings from various manufacturers, but the previous certification only allowed for through-hole diameters of up to 1/2 of the beam height. Since reinforcement rings can create through-holes of up to 2/3, it was not usable in that regard. With this new certification, it can now be used for through-hole diameters exceeding 1/2 of the beam height. (Hailing → up to 2/3 of beam height, OS Ring → up to 63.13% of beam height) 【Features】 By combining a maximum through-hole diameter of 2/3 with the Pylon Barrier (12mm), it is now possible to achieve more than ever before... ■ Increased effective area for equipment piping ■ Reduced beam height (Note: Due to structural strength considerations, it may not be possible to create through-holes of up to 2/3 with Hailing and up to 63.13% with OS Ring.) *Please be sure to check the certification conditions. (When used at 1/2 of the beam height or less, the existing certification conditions may have a broader application range.) For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Free membership registrationPylon Barrier Overview" 【Features】 ● High-performance fireproof coating material for steel beam penetration holes ● Obtained Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism certification for 1, 2, and 3-hour fire resistance at a thickness of 12mm ● Usable with sprayed rock wool with a specific gravity of 0.28 or higher (conventional specific gravity) ● Non-expansive, allowing for sleeve planning at a thickness of 12mm ● Usable with penetration hole diameters exceeding 1/2 of the beam height * High ring (Senkushia Co., Ltd.) / OS ring (Okabe Co., Ltd.) 【Benefits】 ■ A larger sleeve diameter can be secured, increasing flexibility in equipment piping planning. ■ Penetration holes can be reduced to match the required equipment sleeve diameter. This allows for downsizing of reinforcement plates and rings, leading to reduced reinforcement costs. ■ Beam height can be reduced. ■ Compatible with reinforcement rings from various manufacturers. (* The certification conditions of the Pylon Barrier take precedence) ■ High-strength steel materials can also be used. Please inquire about the types of steel materials. * Always check the latest certification conditions. The checklist can be viewed from "PDF Download.

Free membership registrationEven if slits are created in the walls of the stairwell, the columns and landings are integrated, so the walls restrain the columns. It is necessary to ensure that the columns are not restrained by either creating slits between the walls and the stairs or constructing the stairs with a steel frame. As stated above, when handling the walls that support the stairs, we must consider creating slits to avoid restraining the columns or constructing the stairs with a steel frame. We will receive detailed CAD drawings of the stairs, and the manufactured products for the stair and landing sections will be delivered to the site. The installation will be to the extent of fitting them on-site, which will also improve the efficiency of the work process. [Contents] ■ Necessity of stair slits ■ Product specifications and component materials for stair slits ■ Examples of stair slit installations *For more details, please refer to the case study collection or feel free to contact us.
