We would like to introduce the case of PowerWind, a German OEM manufacturer that has implemented our product 'PARTsolutions'. To meet future requirements and effectively reduce production costs, the company began the introduction of our strategic parts management solution. As a result, through interfaces with other management systems, all employees were able to access complete and updated component information. Additionally, the number of parts required to build two system platforms was reduced from 661 parts to 287 parts, achieving a 57% reduction through the establishment of numerous parts reduction criteria and the elimination of duplicate copies. [Results] - Percentage of standard parts saved when constructing two models: 57% - Process cost reductions achieved in design and purchasing departments: 5-10% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the German company VOITH, which has implemented our product 'PARTsolutions'. The engineers at the company utilize only the data of registered suppliers within this product, and the design and development engineers regularly select purchased parts from this parts management system. Additionally, to enhance efficiency, PARTsolutions is directly connected to the company's CAD, PDM, and ERP (SAP) systems, allowing engineers to access all necessary information from PARTsolutions. [Benefits] ■ Access to all necessary information (e.g., price, delivery time, etc.) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the case of the German printing machine manufacturer MAN ROLAND, which has implemented our product 'PARTsolutions'. They have transactions with over 300 suppliers, and 50% of their products consist of standard parts and purchased components. Many of the suppliers they work with are included in our product, significantly reducing the costs associated with managing purchased components. Additionally, the effort involved in obtaining technical information and part shape information during the design of new models and maintenance has also been greatly reduced. 【Benefits】 ■ Significant cost reduction in managing purchased components ■ Availability of new data *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the French aircraft manufacturer AIRBUS, which has implemented our product 'PARTsolutions'. In the CATIA V5 library, it was necessary to use the Airbus numbering system 9.1.2. To achieve this, the company utilized a customized version of our product to provide a catalog of industry-standard parts and supplier parts for their in-house designers. Thanks to a specially developed numbering and naming system, suppliers also benefit from using our product to obtain accurate part numbers. 【Benefits】 ■ Centralized management ■ Time savings and efficiency improvements in design ■ Prevention of data conversion issues from suppliers (CATIA data) ■ Reduction in purchasing costs for standard parts and supplier parts *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis is a structural calculation software that allows you to set support conditions, load conditions, and members according to actual structures such as beams, trusses, and frames, and perform stress analysis calculations. It features 2D functions (analysis of beams, trusses, and frames on a plane) and 3D functions (spatial frame analysis), allowing for differentiated use based on applications and purposes. Furthermore, it can calculate cross-sectional performance and torsional relationships from the cross-sectional shapes of DXF files, which can be utilized in 3D analysis.

Free membership registration2D frame structure analysis is a structural calculation software that uses a FEM module compatible with plane structures. It allows for the setting of support conditions and load conditions according to actual structures such as beams, trusses, and frames. Additionally, if a DXF of the cross-sectional shape is available, it can perform calculations of cross-sectional performance, which can be utilized in structural calculations.
