With a chimney height of 100m, a draft of about 4 hPa will occur at the boiler outlet. In this case, it is necessary to pay attention to the following points: (1) Whether there is sufficient exhaust gas suction power at the required exhaust gas flow rate for combustion analysis. (3) Carefully check for any gaps in the boiler's smoke chamber door or flue connection flange. If low pH drain accumulates on the metal parts or sensors of the combustion analyzer, corrosion may occur, potentially causing the combustion analyzer to malfunction. As a countermeasure, drain pots and similar devices are installed on the inlet side of the combustion analyzer to prevent drain inflow. In practice, when the combustion analyzer is used for an extended period, a significant amount of drain may accumulate in the drain pot. The theoretically required amount of air calculated from the fuel composition is called the theoretical air amount. However, in practice, it is difficult to achieve complete combustion with only this theoretical air amount, so a little excess air is actually supplied to the burner. This actual amount of air is referred to as the actual air amount. The air ratio is defined as the value obtained by dividing the actual air amount by the theoretical air amount.
