We would like to introduce the 'QEQ-205-B Mode Scrambler' that we handle. It is a PC-equipped all-mode excitation type that complies with IEC SC86B 61280-1-4 GIF excitation conditions and the encircled flux measurement method. Additionally, it cancels out the differences in measurement values caused by variations in light sources such as VCSELs, LEDs, and LDs. 【Features】 ■ All-mode excitation type ■ Inline type / Straight cylindrical shape ■ Cancels out measurement value differences due to variations in light sources such as VCSELs, LEDs, and LDs ■ Insertion loss kept below 2dB for safer and easier use *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce an example of processing for the "4-core ferrule, regularly arranged optical fiber" that we conducted. We assembled fibers with a cladding diameter of 125μm within a single SC ferrule, maintaining a certain regularity. This regularity is controlled to an angle of ±0.3 degrees (Typical) relative to specific positions on the SC flange. Additionally, we can guarantee ±1 degree (data is currently being aggregated). 【Processing Overview】 ■ Processing: Assembled fibers with a cladding diameter of 125μm within a single SC ferrule, maintaining a certain regularity. ■ Regularity: Controlled to an angle of ±0.3 degrees relative to specific positions on the SC flange. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the "Fiber Optic Twisting Machine" processed by Caltech Co., Ltd. This product is a manual machine that twists together 2 to 6 fiber optic cores without twisting them. It twists them together, wraps thread or tape around them, and finishes them into a round shape for cabling. Fiber optics play a crucial role as key components in various fields. Our company can accommodate applications in telecommunications, medical, aviation, road infrastructure, and more. Please feel free to entrust us with your needs. [Overview] - Twists together and wraps thread or tape to finish into a cable - Manufactures machines and dedicated jigs for processing fiber optics - Accommodates applications in telecommunications, medical, aviation, road infrastructure, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Adhesive-Free Optical Connector" is a high-power resistant connector that features a few micrometers of gap between the fiber and the ferrule, while being polished to a PC finish, all without the use of adhesives. Its structure is simple, and the price is reasonable compared to high-power resistant connectors. It complies with JIS standards (JIS C5970-2005) and is available in two types: with and without a spring. The version without a spring is not suitable for PC connections. 【Features】 ■ Ferrule tip: A high-power resistant connector that is adhesive-free, with a few micrometers of gap (air gap) between the fiber and the ferrule, and polished to a PC finish. ■ Cost: The simple structure makes it reasonably priced compared to high-power resistant connectors. ■ Compliance: Complies with JIS standards (JIS C5970-2005) and is available in two types: with and without a spring. ■ Optical fiber: Proven performance with optical fibers having a cladding diameter of 125-250μm for about 4 years. ■ End cap: It is also possible to fuse a coreless fiber of 125μm to the fiber. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the "Mode Scrambler" that we handle. It complies with the "IEC SC86B 61280-1-4_GIF excitation condition specification, encircled flux measurement method." The differences in measurement values due to variations in light sources such as CSEL, LED, and LD can be almost completely canceled out. Additionally, by fusing different types of fibers and incorporating a rectangular bending method, the light emitted from the light source excites the entire core. 【Features】 ■ Inline type / Straight cylindrical shape ■ By fusing different types of fibers and incorporating a rectangular bending method, the light emitted from the light source excites the entire core ■ The differences in measurement values due to variations in light sources such as VCSEL, LED, and LD can be almost completely canceled out ■ Complies with the "IEC SC86B 61280-1-4_GIF excitation condition specification, encircled flux measurement method" ■ Insertion loss: suppressed to below 2dB *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the "Repair Work for Internal Disconnection of the Harting Connector" conducted in Belawan, Indonesia. In early January 2020, we brought a fusion splicer on board, removed the disconnected section on-site, and fused the fiber from a Harting connector-equipped optical fiber cable that we had previously manufactured. The repair was successfully completed. Due to the large size of the connector and the short length of the fiber, we prepared for various scenarios, making the fusion work challenging, but it went well. [Work Details (Partial)] ■ Fusion splicing of the fiber with ferrule brought on-site ■ Removal of obstructive protective tubes and housing of the fiber ■ Connector assembly ■ Communication status checked with a power meter *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
