The Sain Ultra Flow SC is a special version of the Ultra Flow with a screw connection or double ferrule tube fitting. It is specially designed for liquid cooling systems used in semiconductor manufacturing processes and is made of stainless steel. Its flat-face design prevents liquid dripping during attachment and detachment, effectively preventing contamination in clean environments and leakage of refrigerants with high global warming potential. Additionally, its low pressure loss and high flow characteristics contribute to improving the overall energy efficiency of the system.

The Large Quick Connector (LQC) for data centers was developed for cooling water circulation devices (CDU) within the Open Compute Project (OCP) initiative. We are one of the manufacturers that developed this standard. The screw connect method of the OCP LQC is more user-friendly than the push-to-connect type quick connect couplers and can be connected even under a maximum operating pressure of 0.5 MPa. Because it is an open standard, any manufacturer's product can be connected as long as it adheres to the LQC standard specifications. Our LQC couplings comply with the standard and exceed its specifications.

Smart Flow Drive Lake Couplings are designed to support safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly fluid transfer in harsh environments where safety is a priority. The 209 Air Fluid Gun is designed based on the success of its predecessor, which established its position as a professional-grade blow gun, inheriting excellent features such as high injection power, lightweight construction, an ergonomically robust design, and high-precision flow control. The integration of soft grips on both the handle and trigger allows operators to hold it steadily and comfortably, resulting in overall ergonomic improvements. We offer both the traditional blue version and a Hi-vis version for enhanced visibility. The Hi-vis version comes standard with a safety nozzle that complies with OSHA standards regarding static pressure and noise in the event of a blockage.

In line with the trend for higher hydraulic pressure, the WEO 420 is a high-durability solution designed for higher hydraulic pressures. The maximum operating pressure is 42 MPa, and it is treated with zinc-nickel plating to enhance corrosion resistance. The HNBR seals are designed to accommodate higher operating temperatures. The WEO 420 is suitable for machines that require higher hydraulic pressure and operating temperatures, such as cranes and skid steer loaders. The fittings have no screws and simply plug into the hydraulic system. There is no need to manage assembly angles, allowing for safe and quick connection of hydraulic hoses without the use of tools.

The Ultra Flow STC Screw-to-Connect Coupling is a large-diameter version of the Ultra Flow series that prevents liquid dripping. Due to its large diameter and high flow rate, significant force is required for connection; however, the Ultra Flow STC overcomes this by using a screw-in design, making it easy to connect. Like other products in the Ultra Flow series, it features excellent characteristics such as high durability, extremely low pressure loss, and no liquid dripping. The sprayer kit can be used as a disinfectant alcohol spraying equipment by filling it with alcohol and connecting it to an on-site air source. High surge flow (rapid changes in flow rate) is the most common reason for screw-type couplings to fail in harsh applications. Previous solutions involved using oversized couplings that were expensive and bulky. However, that is no longer necessary. The TLX flat-face twist-lock quick-connect coupling is designed to handle the highest surge flows and pressure fluctuations. A new 3/8" model (TLX 307) is now available.
