The "NTB System" is a new band saw lumber processing system that accelerates lumber production and reduces the maintenance burden of band saws. In recent years, while there has been a growing demand for larger and faster lumber mills, there is also a problem of a shortage of skilled band saw technicians due to the aging workforce. Ooi Manufacturing has taken this issue seriously and developed this system. Due to its simple design, the band saw experiences fewer occurrences of blade breakage, back misalignment, and distortion, thereby lightening the load on band saw technicians.
