Welded Wire Mesh and Reinforcing Steel Grids (Japanese Industrial Standards)
Arrange the iron wires orthogonally and weld their intersections with electrical resistance to create a grid pattern! Two types of each are available.
The 'Welded Wire Mesh and Reinforcing Steel Grids (Japanese Industrial Standards) (JIS G 3551) Excerpt 2005' specifies welded wire mesh and reinforcing steel grids made from iron wire or rebar, primarily used for reinforcing concrete structures and concrete products. Welded wire mesh, which is created by arranging iron wires in a grid pattern and electrically resistance welding at their intersections, comes in two types: regular welded wire mesh and design welded wire mesh. Similarly, reinforcing steel grids, which are formed by arranging iron wires in a grid pattern and electrically resistance welding at their intersections, also come in two types: regular reinforcing steel grids and design reinforcing steel grids. [Features (Welded Wire Mesh)] ■ Welded wire mesh created by arranging iron wires in a grid pattern and electrically resistance welding at their intersections ■ Regular welded wire mesh - Mesh shape is defined as a square, with each vertical and horizontal wire having the same specified wire diameter or nominal wire diameter, available in sizes of 1m width × 2m length and 2m width × 4m length ■ Design welded wire mesh - Any type other than regular welded wire mesh *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
