This is a shield room with a panel assembly method using a frame structure. The non-combustible shield panel is a non-combustible panel with galvanized steel plates attached to both sides of a magnesium silicate core material. This panel is of the same type used in clean rooms and similar environments. There have also been cases where the use of non-combustible panels has allowed for the avoidance of installation requirements for smoke exhaust systems. The SAD-type shield room is a sealed panel that can be manufactured to your desired frequency range, attenuation performance, and dimensions. The panels use 16t sandwich panels, minimizing wall thickness while employing a simple double-layer shield panel. The panel surface material is made of Galvalume steel sheet, which is extremely resistant to corrosion, and is bonded to both sides of lightweight, excellent insulating Styrofoam (with some wood). 【Features】 ○ Almost no external screws, resulting in a clean appearance. ○ By specially bonding 0.5mm Galvalume steel sheets on both sides, a lightweight and sturdy double-layer shield room is achieved. ○ The use of a Greymon handle, which minimizes contact resistance, allows for lighter opening and closing compared to finger-type handles. ○ During installation, the gap between the existing wall and the outer wall of the shield room can be kept within 5mm. ○ An automatic opening and closing door is also available as an option.
