We would like to introduce a case study of supporting the introduction of the production scheduler "Asprova" for companies engaged in the manufacturing and sales of machinery and equipment. The company faced challenges such as chronic delays in delivery and low accuracy in delivery responses, making it difficult to accurately capture manufacturing bottlenecks. First, our consultant took the lead in the implementation and setup work. During this process, we provided lectures and QA support to the responsible personnel to deepen their understanding, gradually transitioning the customer to take on the main responsibility for the implementation work.
