Passive sensor for wall and corner installation using fuzzy theory.

■Adoption of Fuzzy Theory The two outputs from the newly developed dual twin element are divided by the CPU into two pieces of information: the temperature difference and shape difference between the detection object and the background. Using fuzzy theory, it accurately determines whether the detection object is a human or a small animal, and outputs an alarm. Even when phenomena that are likely to cause malfunctions, such as small animals (like mice), stray light, drafts, and external noise occur, the dual twin effect ensures that there is almost no impact. ■Ideal Surveillance Area Utilizing unique optical technology, a multi-parabola mirror is adopted. It monitors three-dimensional space with high density. ■Abnormal Alarm Function While the sensor is in a surveillance state, the built-in program allows the sensor itself to monitor the next functions. If an abnormality is detected, it notifies of the abnormality through continuous alarm output and continuous illumination of the alarm indicator light. ●Low Power Supply Voltage Abnormality… The newly developed CPU constantly monitors the power supply voltage provided to the sensor. If the power supply voltage drops below a certain level, the abnormal alarm is triggered. ●Equipment Abnormality… In the unlikely event that damage or disconnection occurs in the internal circuits or connections of the sensor, the abnormal alarm is triggered. ●Aiming Position Abnormality… After confirming the surveillance area, if the aiming device is forgotten to be returned, the abnormal alarm is triggered.

With a newly designed high-sensitivity dual twin sensor, optical system, and signal processing circuit, it has achieved an even higher density of the monitored area. ■Micro-Motion Detection Function By switching the mode selector, the dual twin sensor operates as two independent twin sensors. The number of sensitive zones doubles (from 18 pairs to 36 pairs), transforming it into a highly sensitive micro-motion detection sensor that can detect even slight movements of the human body or limbs. ■Abnormality Display Function Alarm Memory Function When multiple sensors are connected, it is possible to confirm which sensor triggered the alarm during monitoring through the blinking or lighting of the memory display light (yellow). ■Abnormality Alarm Function It notifies of abnormalities through continuous alarm output and continuous lighting of the alarm display light.

■Anti-Blind Function This function detects interference applied to the front of the sensor. If an obstruction is attached to the front, it will issue a warning through the output of a trouble alarm and the illumination of a trouble indicator light. Once the obstruction or prank is removed, the output will stop, but if a trouble alarm has been triggered, please immediately check the operation of the sensor. ● As a warm-up, the trouble alarm will not be output for approximately 2 seconds after power is turned on. * Transparent sprays or items with low near-infrared reflectivity may not be detected. ■Wide Base Design ● By widening the base (Φ150mm), the issue of noticeable dirt marks on the ceiling surface during sensor replacement is resolved. ■Auto Reset Memory Function When multiple sensors are connected, it is possible to confirm which sensor has triggered an alarm during the alert state by the blinking and illumination of the memory indicator light (yellow). ● The memory indicator light will blink for 3 minutes after the alarm is triggered, then continue to illuminate for 47 minutes before automatically turning off. ● This function can be disabled using the mode selector.
