Solving the blackout of large LED screens! To provide customers with beautiful visuals!

The video production for a concert with an audience of 10,000 will be handled by Company M. During the preliminary rehearsal, the LED screens displayed images without any issues, but during the actual concert, part of the large LED screen suddenly blacked out. Our company conducted an immunity test using a noise simulator. Based on the test results, we determined that the cause of the trouble was likely high-frequency noise. Based on the test results, we recommended that Company M install a "Noise Cut Transformer" on the power line of the video controller. Company D, headquartered in Tokyo, had been addressing high-frequency noise generated within their factory by installing noise filters on the power lines of their equipment and attaching ferrite cores to the power cables. However, the issues were resolved in only one or two locations, while many areas remained problematic. In an environment where various frequencies of noise coexist, it is believed that solutions targeting only specific frequencies may not yield sufficient results. Therefore, we proposed the introduction of a "Noise Cut Transformer," which can reliably eliminate a wide range of frequencies. As a result, the issues were successfully resolved, and the automatic welding machine began to operate without any problems.
