The B4 Nonstop is an applicator that melts and dispenses only the necessary amount of moisture-reactive PUR hot melt, packaged in aluminum foil, from the bottom gradually. No need for dry air supply or nitrogen purging into the tank! No downtime during replacement like with drum or pail can melters! The tank-type applicator allows you to pour hot melt adhesive into a tank, where it is heated and melted. Moisture-curing hot melt adhesives are often packaged in pouches and can be difficult to extract due to their high adhesive strength. To facilitate the handling of such hot melt adhesives, we have started selling a tank melter that allows you to place the entire pouch into a slug melter located above the tank and melt it directly with a cylinder. Since the slug melter is attached to the existing tank melter, you can choose the tank size according to the discharge capacity.
