[Usage Example] Energy Saving for Hot Water Tanks <Heat Insulation>

The temperature drop has decreased by one-third, cutting the amount of heating steam by 60%! Introduction of energy-saving examples for hot water tanks.

There was a challenge to reduce the heat loss from the hot water tank (1.7m³) and achieve energy savings. To address this, we applied thermal insulation sheets (SP-FN) to the outer iron skin of the hot water tank. The temperature drop was reduced by one-third, and the amount of steam required for heating was cut by 60%. Additionally, we received feedback from the customer stating, "Since the energy-saving effect of the thermal insulation sheets has been proven, we would like to expand this to other equipment. We are also starting to consider applying it to the building roof." [Case Study] ■ Challenges to be addressed - Reduce heat loss from the hot water tank (1.7m³) and achieve energy savings. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Heat Insulation Work in Attics] Detached House M

Creating a comfortable environment! Introducing examples of heat insulation work that suppresses radiant heat from outside.

In the M residence, a detached house, a family lives on the second floor of a two-family home and was facing the issue of wanting to somehow address the summer heat. To reduce radiant heat from outside and improve the efficiency of the air conditioning, we carried out heat insulation work in the attic by laying sheets above the insulation material. Since the M residence has a 24-hour ventilation system, all wiring and ductwork were placed on top of the sheets. 【Construction Overview】 ■ Location: Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture ■ Roof Material: Wooden house ■ Area: Approximately 100m2 (attic of the second floor) ■ Materials ・ Prox heat insulation sheet (PRX-FN) ・ Stand light / Cutter ・ Protective sheets, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Presentation of Materials] Heat Stroke Measures in Factories and Warehouses / Methods to Suppress Intrusive Heat Energy

It can be particularly useful in factories and warehouses where the roof temperature exceeds 50°C.

Are you struggling with heatstroke prevention in your factory or warehouse? - The air conditioning is completely ineffective. - The mezzanine is extremely hot. - It's not possible to install air conditioning in the first place. The most important thing for heatstroke prevention is to reduce the amount of heat entering the indoor space. The heat entering indoors can be attributed to the following: - Heat from solar radiation - Heat from indoor heat sources While it greatly depends on the building structure and types of materials, in factories and warehouses, the proportion of heat from the roof is usually high. Therefore, we will explain methods to reduce the heat entering from the roof.

High-performance heat insulation sheet "Thermo Barrier" *Energy-saving and cost-saving

Gently envelop buildings from heat and cold! Obtained a patent for a method and structure to prevent thermal conduction! Prevents heat stroke, heat shock, and air conditioning sickness.

Our company, "ThermoBarrier," is an outdoor heat-insulating material that can cut radiant heat by 97%. By insulating against heat, the perceived temperature changes, making it less likely to feel hot indoors even when the outside temperature is 30°C. Conversely, in winter, it becomes less likely to feel cold even at low temperatures. This significantly reduces the operating rate of air conditioners, resulting in substantial energy savings. Additionally, installation does not require scaffolding, which helps keep construction costs low. 【Features】 ■ A strong ally for factories and production farmers ■ 50% reduction in electricity consumption and a 25% increase in production ■ Energy-saving and cost-saving effects *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Use Case] Chicken Coop

Examples of use in chicken coops! Heat stress, known as a detrimental effect, is prevented by heat insulation sheets.

Here is an example of utilizing heat-shielding sheets in chicken coops. Heat stress during the summer is one of the significant factors that impede the productivity of laying hens. It typically occurs when the internal temperature exceeds 27 degrees Celsius. The environmental temperature, which affects how quickly the chickens can dissipate their body heat, is a very important point. Designing chicken coops to reduce heat stress is crucial. Our heat-shielding sheets reflect 97% of radiant heat, providing excellent insulation effects through heat shielding. [Factors of Heat Stress that Cause Losses] ■ Maximum temperature inside the chicken coop ■ Duration of high temperatures ■ Relative temperature differences in the air ■ Relative humidity in the air *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

【Use Case】 Pig Farming

Examples of utilization in pig farming! Heat stress negatively affects the reproductive performance of pigs.

We would like to introduce a case study on the use of heat insulation sheets in pig farming. In tropical and subtropical regions, or in areas with summer climates that are comparable, the environmental temperatures are not lethal to pigs, but they can lead to stunted growth in fattening pigs (meat pigs) and a decrease in birth rates for breeding pigs. Heat stress also adversely affects the reproductive performance of pigs. Our heat insulation sheets reflect 97% of radiant heat, preventing the accumulation of solar heat. Please consider them for a more comfortable breeding environment. [Heat Stress in Pig Farming] - When temperatures exceed 27°C, sows are affected: - Estrus is hindered - Delay in estrus - Decreased conception rates - Embryo mortality in the early stages - When temperatures exceed 29°C, there is a decrease in sperm production and quality in boars. - If such conditions persist for 4 to 6 weeks, even if the situation improves afterward, some effects will remain, and it may take about 6 weeks for the impacts to completely disappear. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
