Ground reinforcement method "Fine Pile Method Civ"

Mechanical stirring technology + scientific stirring technology! Born from a new idea to ensure stable strength and homogeneity.

The "Fine Pile Method Civ" is a construction technology that forms an improved body in the ground using a completely different mixing technology from conventional methods, ensuring stable strength and homogeneity, and has obtained construction technology review certification. It employs mechanical mixing technology that cuts soil clumps and clay using anti-rotation wings, along with chemical mixing technology that reduces the viscosity of soil-cement slurry. It can be constructed with an improvement diameter of φ1500mm and an improvement length of up to 18m, making it applicable to a wide range of small to medium-sized buildings, while reducing variability in strength development. 【Features】 ■ Improvement diameter and length suitable for medium-sized buildings and structures ■ Ability to reduce variability in strength development ■ Improved fluidity of soil-cement slurry and cement slurry ■ Safe as it primarily consists of substances designated as food additives ■ Does not affect strength or shrinkage rate after solidification *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ground reinforcement method "ZERO System Method"

A ground reinforcement method that takes the environment into consideration, ensuring no concern for the generation of harmful substances even after being buried underground!

The "ZERO System Construction Method" is a ground reinforcement technique that involves laying out bags (High Color Packs) with specified strength performance on the ground. By packing recycled materials, such as safely processed glass, into high-quality, weather-resistant bags, it contributes to the improvement of environmental recycling and the establishment of a low-carbon society. 【Features】 ■ Excellent load distribution effect: Measures against soft ground ■ High permeability performance: Suppression of liquefaction damage ■ Vibration suppression effect: Reduction of traffic vibrations and damping effect *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

【ER Ground Improvement Seminar】Session 8: Main Types and Features of Ground Reinforcement Methods

Characteristics of general construction methods and key points to note! Introducing the basic concepts of method selection and surface ground improvement!

The ER Ground School is a ground course for small-scale buildings, delivered in collaboration with a ground consultant (representative of Blue Sage Co., Ltd.) and Earth Relations. In the 8th session, we will clearly explain "Main Types and Features of Ground Reinforcement Methods" through a PowerPoint video. In the additional explanation, we will introduce "Materials for Columnar Ground Improvement" (in the case of general methods). For more details, please refer to the related links. [Key Points] 1. Construction procedures, features, and precautions for each method - Basic considerations for method selection - Surface ground improvement - Columnar ground improvement - Precast concrete piles - Small-diameter steel pipe piles *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

Ground reinforcement method "Toshou-style column method"

Select a better ground reinforcement method from the ground survey! A method that ensures safety and cost-effectiveness.

The "Tōshō-style Column Method" is a construction technique that involves mixing and blending cement-based solidifying material slurry with the ground to create a column-like ground improvement body. It can be used for a wide range of applications, including the foundation construction of buildings and structures, settlement of embankments, sliding prevention measures, earth retention walls, and water stop walls. It is less affected by soil conditions, allowing for flexible responses. 【Features】 - Applicable to sandy soil, silt, clay, and organic soil, and is less constrained by soil types. - The soil quality of the improved area and the mixing of the improvement body can be visually confirmed, allowing for flexible responses to various soil conditions and enabling uniform mixing. - Achieves low noise and low vibration during construction. - Generates minimal dust due to slurry mixing. - Mixing is achieved through the up-and-down, forward, and reverse rotation of the mixing blades, preventing soil circulation and enabling uniform mixing. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

SEP Method for Pile Reinforcement

This is a pile-type ground reinforcement method targeting small-scale structures!

Our company offers the "SEP Method," a pile-type ground reinforcement technique that enhances the molding accuracy of replacement columns, stabilizes strength, reduces quality variation, and suppresses deformation. This method involves rotating and driving a soil-extraction type screw device (Trowel Screw) into the ground. Once it reaches the specified depth, we inject cement milk mixed with "Simple Eco Soda" while pulling up the drilling rod, thereby constructing the replacement column and resolving traditional issues all at once. 【Features】 ■ Suppresses soil extraction ■ High-quality reinforcement body ■ Fast construction ■ Suitable for both narrow and large sites ■ High penetration capability *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

[Information] Introduction to the SEP Method

Reinforcement of pile foundations using cement milk columnar reinforcement! We also introduce photos of construction examples.

In this document, we introduce the "SEP Method." As a quick reference for bearing capacity, we provide the end bearing capacities for four types of pile diameters: φ200, 250, 300, and 350 mm, as well as the frictional resistance per meter of the pile surface. Additionally, we include photographs of load tests, the extraction of piles, and construction examples. We encourage you to read it. [Contents] ■ End Bearing Capacity ■ Frictional Resistance per Meter of Pile Surface ■ Load Tests ■ Extracted Piles ■ Construction Example 1 ■ Construction Example 2 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
